Terms of Service
By joining the my.juxel service, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
The my.juxel web site ("Site") and its operators ("Juxel") provide links to sponsor hosted galleries, which a user of our service ("User") can place on their web site(s). These links are for the most part coded with the referral code belonging to User, but a percentage (currently 10%) are coded with the referral code belonging to Juxel. This is in exchange for hosting and maintaining the list.
User must: be over 18 to join the Site, be legally permitted to use the Site and agree to these terms by the laws of your jurisdiction, and accept responsibility for their use of the Site.
Juxel reserves the right to change, suspect or discontinue any of the services without notice or liability. Juxel may refuse access to User at any time. Juxel reserves the right to modify this agreement by updating the version on this site and notifying User by email. User's continued use of Site will constitute agreement of these new terms.
No Warranty
In no event will Juxel be liable for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages, however caused, sustained by User or third parties arising out of use of the Site.
User acknowledges that, on occasion, technical problems may require the site to be offline for periods of time ("downtime"), and while Juxel will attempt to forewarn User of downtime, User agrees that such warning may not always be possible. User agrees to indemnify Juxel from any costs that arise from such downtime.
Third Party Sponsors
User agrees to follow the Terms of Service of all third parties related to their use of the Site, including but not limited to the program sponsors whose links appear on the Site.
No Spam
User agrees to send no unsolicited commercial messages whatsoever regarding the Site and their use of it (including to advertise pages on which text links from the Site appear), whether physically or electronically, including, but not limited to, via email, Usenet, internet discussion boards and comment sites. Failure to comply with this section will result in a) immediate termination of User's account and b) notification of said messaging to all third party sponsors which which User was registered.
Adult-Oriented Sites Only
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2252B, it is a federal offence in the United States to use a misleading domain name to deceive a person into viewing pornography. User agrees that he will only use links from the Site on domains that could not be construed as misleading; in addition, User agrees not to use links from the Site on web sites primarily targeted at users under the age of 18, or where there is an appreciable contingent of under-18 users. In cases where a minority of users may be under 18, it is acceptable to place a warning next to the Site's content that states that the links are unsuitable for those under 18.
